Very High causes lag and too sharp shadows. Before installing, i really recommend you to set your Shadows Quality in-game setting on High or lower. I've ran out of ideas so I've posted here hoping that someone found a solution. I've seen some people online saying that DXVK does magic on GTA IV and makes it run better on most PCs. I've already installed some mods: some HD textures, FusionFix, ColAccel (don't know if this one is actually doing something) and iCEnhancer 3.0, and everything works fine and as intended.
I got it on Steam so I have/downloaded the Complete Edition. After watching the iCEnhancer 4.0 trailer, I've been interested in playing GTA IV again.
